If you’re not happy with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days. Returned items should be in original perfect condition, unused and sealed complete with tags where applicable. Return postage is to paid by the customer and is not refundable. We strongly recommend getting proof of postage as we cannot be help responsible for goods which do not arrive.
We don’t cover postage costs unless the product is faulty.
Returned items are to be posted to, Oliver’s Toy Chest, 2 Valmont Road, Nottingham, NG5 1GA. Please include your name and order number in the package.
Once we’ve received your item, we will process your refund, however we can not be held responsible for items being lost on their return.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, we will issue a replacement subject to stock levels, and if we don’t have a replacement a full refund will be issued.
We offer a few postage options, our postage is based on weight, and all items under 2kg are posted with Royal Mail, any items over 2kg are post with MyHermes. This will show up on your checkout.
We aim to dispatch all items within one working day and by 2pm.
We do not dispatch items on weekends and public Bank Holidays.
